Unknown Case of the Month #5

Submitted by:
Dr. Sean Calhoun, Chief Resident
Diagnostic Radiology

Morristown Memorial Hospital

A 79-year-old female had a recent mammogram showing suspicious calcifications in the upper outer quadrant of the left breast.  Biopsy revealed poorly differentiated, high-grade comedo-type DCIS in a palpable 1.1cm mass.  She had a remote history of right breast cancer in 1966.   Right shoulder x-rays, a bone scan, and a CT scan of the chest abdomen and pelvis were performed.   What is your diagnosis?
