Unknown Case of the Month #3

Submitted by:
Dr. Sean Calhoun, Chief Resident
Diagnostic Radiology
Morristown Memorial Hospital

An 11-year-old male with abdominal pain, hematochezia, and anemia (Hb = 4.5), was admitted to the hospital.   Endoscopy and a gastrointestinal bleeding scan were unremarkable.  Selected films from an upper gastrointestinal series and a CT scan of the abdomen are shown.   What is your diagnosis?
