148 March 2013 A 54-year-old man is status post right pneumonectomy for lung cancer. Two weeks after the right pneumonectomy, the patient was admitted to the hospital with dyspnea and a fever. A series of chest radiographs were performed, prompting a chest CT.
147 Feb. 2013 A 59-year-old male with no cardiac risk factors presents with an acute episode of chest pain. An emergent CTA of the chest was performed with selected images shown.
146 Jan. 2013 A 70-year-old female with a history of melanoma of a lower extremity, underwent a PET-CT, selected images of which are shown.
145 Dec. 2012 A 23-year-old female presented with severe headaches. Images from a noncontrast CT head and a contrast enhanced MR Scan (axial T1, axial T2, and post-gadolinium axial T1) are shown.
144 Nov. 2012 A 20-year-old female presented with a complaint of acute left sided neck pain and vertigo following recent chiropractic manipulation. MRI and MR angiography of the neck was performed. Selected axial T1 thin section and axial T1 fat suppressed images, as well as 2-D time of flight MRA images of the vertebrobasilar system are shown.
